The décor is kept extremely simple, minimal, and free flowing, laying utmost attention to crafting every single detail according to the user’s needs. It’s a functional, immersive, and minimalistic design that resonates with everyone as they pamper and relax themselves, while also strongly connecting the user with the brand and its soothing ambiance.
A cheerful escape
The core idea was to create an inviting and immersive experience that transcends mere pampering to elevate the senses and soothe the soul. The design approach was to break away from the monotonous white interiors, which is typically envisioned for beauty stores.
The reception area, framed by four arched windows overlooking the bustling street, greets guests with its cheerful yet warm vibe. As we proceed, the reception counter, crafted from flecked off-white stone, is adorned with suspended floral arrangements and a vintage chandelier. Tall arched hairdresser areas lead to individual tables surrounded by metal-framed chairs with blush-tone cushions, providing spaces for clients to wait or consult with staff.
For the love of mystery
Minimalistic decor, including leafy potted plants and a small consultation area visible through a large arched window punctuated in a partition wall, enhances the ambiance. Throughout the salon, arched forms create a cozy cave-like aesthetic, fostering a sense of belonging for visitors.
A sense of rhythm and a little bit of mystery is created with curves. These repeated core elements serve as a formal language to strengthen people’s impression of the brand and enhance visual recognizability.
Customers of this nail salon in Kharghar are pampered in large armchairs raised on platforms, within a bright space that also features a slogan ‘ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE POLISH.’ At the back, small tables are set up for nail spa for the clients. Coloured nail paints are displayed on the shelves in the almost entirely off-white space.
Soothing touches
The nail bar section is another key highlight of the project. Designer Silky executed the interiors of the nail bar section, which is designed in response to the client’s slogan ‘Escape to Beautiful.’ The pedicure zone features cozy armchairs accompanied by white bowls for cleaning feet. Adding a sense of calm and serenity to this space are indoor plants, which add a touch of greenery.
